Frauad on my card thy say 21 days

When I made the purchase it was declined. I was trying to get some gas in my truck and it was declined. I know there was money.

I went in to Octapharma and they missed on both arms and I have extremely bad bruising bruising

I got bad bad bruising on both arms where 2 different nurses tried to draw blood on me, my first time at Octapharma. Each nurse missed and went through and through on both veins with both arms. So I have really bad bruising on both armsell them t

Dispute resolution

On October 23rd, I received a text alert with a $43 charge, that I did not authorize. I notified Comdata immediately to report the charge. My card was canceled within minutes of the unauthorized charge and a new card was issued. I filed a dispute on Comdata's website. I hadn't heard anything from Comdata, so I called to check on the status of my dispute. A representative informed me that my dispute was denied, and an email was sent to me advising me of why it was denied. I have verified my email address with several representatives, and they said they were going to email it to me again. I still have not received an email from them. Anytime I call customer service, there's nothing they can do to help me, and I can't get in touch with anyone in their fraud department. It has been very frustrating trying to get them to put the $43 back on my account. The charge was unauthorized and there is absolutely no reason to deny me from getting my money back. The unauthorized charge happened somewhere in Los Angeles, Ca, which is over 300 miles away from me at an ATM. This is the fourth time my card was compromised in the last year. I have spent hours on the phone with Comdata's customer service, which is a waste of time because they can't do anything to help you. All they do is send the fraud department a request to resend the email that they keep telling me they have sent. Thank you, Melinda Hofer (209)312 **** smoe95242@***.com

Tried to make a purchase online with my card and it refused my card

They were no help at all. I just wanted some answers. And the ppl that you do get aren't from here so it's hard to understand them.

PISSED CONSUMER

I have been trying to activate my pay card since November 24th the only thing I get when I call the Com data CSR whoever or wherever they are rude as *** they keep telling me they can't help me that my payroll department will have to release the card when you guys HAVE MY ACCT IN HOLD because last card 6082 was stolen it then this REPLACEMENT card #2079 and I can't get it activated because EVERY CSR that answered my call WOULDN'T let me TALK TO A SUPERVISOR and I have kids to feed and I'm going to SUE you if it's not activated by tomorrow....CARD I NEED ACTIVATED ENDS IN 2079!!!! TAKE MY ACCT OFF HOLD name is Jimmy Earl I have been waiting DAYS I have KID'S TOO FEED!!!!!
